Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your item(s). Any returns received after the 30 days have passed will not be refunded, so please contact us prior to sending if they may be late. Should you return outside of your return period, we will not be able to send these back to you without further postage payment. 

Christmas Returns - All orders placed from 19/11/21 to 24/12/21 will have extended returns until 31/1/22. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase. 

We do not cover the cost of return postage, however we would recommend you use Royal Mail recorded service where possible and sending on a tracked service will ensure receipt of your return. Single items should be able to be sent as a large letter, if packaged appropriately. 

We are able to facilitate exchange on full price items where stock is available, however, the quickest way to ensure you receive the product would be to re-purchase and return the original for a refund.

Sales items can be returned for a refund to the value of the purchase only. We cannot offer exchange on items purchased during a sale.

Please ensure you return your order with either your purchase confirmation or a note to enable this to be identified, otherwise we will be unable to process this. Please mark clearly how you wish for us to proceed.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are unable to rectify any defect or issue occurring beyond 6 months post-purchase. 

We may require you to return the item to us, but please provide as much information and photographs of any issues prior to  doing so.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
